About Us:
I have been the owner and senior engineer of A. and E. Design Services in Livermore, California, since 1986. We have done structural engineering for over 6,000 projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our projects range from additions and remodels to designing multimillion dollar homes. We have also designed wood-framed commercial buildings, including a 150,000 square foot shopping center in Tracy, California. Our extensive knowledge and understanding of wood-framed structures allows us to save you a great deal of money during construction. Integration of the initial design and structural analysis results in a structure that is less complicated and easier to build. - Steve Neef
